ANMOL RISHTE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

Please read this legal agreement between you and Anmolrishte.com carefully before registering for the Anmolrishte.com service.The term member shall refer to the person(s) creating an account or membership on Anmol Rishte. By creating an account or membership the member agrees to the following terms:

The member agrees that a violation of any of these Membership Terms will result in a termination of the account without any refund. The member agrees to use this service as permitted by applicable local, state and federal laws. Anmol Rishte shall not be responsible for any use of this service that is prohibited by law. By becoming a Member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are considered an adult in your jurisdiction. Membership for minors is prohibited. Any one who is at least 18 years old can use this service to create a profile for a relative or a friend who is at least 18 years old with that person's consent. The member who has not paid membership fee(s) shall not include any direct contact information in the profile anywhere except in the contact information field which will not be visible to unpaid members. This includes, but is not limited to: email addresses, telephone numbers, web page URLs and postal addresses. Initial correspondence with other members must be done through the two way confidential messaging system provided by Anmol Rishte. All members with paid or unpaid membership fee may not include web sites URLs leading directly or indirectly to other matrimonial, personals or dating web site(s).

As a Member, you agree that: You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display on theAnmolrishte.com service, or transmit to other Anmolrishte.com Members through contacting, email, or the forums.The member shall not use this service to solicit other members for outside business interests, for advertisements, to voice opinions, or for anything other than its intended purpose. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Anmolrishte.com Members. Anmol Rishte is the only party that will determine the intended purpose of the service.

Members are requested that they adhere to following moral standards to make this a better and more useful service for everyone. You are using this service only to seek relationships that will eventually lead to marriage. Any other intentions should be clearly stated in your profile to avoid misunderstandings. You will insure that all information provided in your profile and also in correspondence with other members is true and accurate. You will not harass or be a nuisance to any other member. You will not use vulgar, racist, or other offensive or inappropriate language in your profile or in correspondence with other members. You will attempt to answer all correspondence in a timely manner and will promptly delete your account when you have found a match or are no longer looking. Pictures uploaded by members will be resized, reduced, enlarged and changed to fit space available.

The member is responsible for maintaining the security of their password and any damages caused by others gaining access to the account or membership. Anmol Rishte shall not be responsible for any damages caused by loss of password, or others gaining access to the account or membership. The member shall not share the account with another person or allow anyone else to use the account for any purpose. The member grants Anmol Rishte the right to read any messages sent or received through the site for the purpose of preventing abuse or fraud to other members. The member is soley reponsible for all messages they send through the site. Also Anmol Rishte shall not be responsible for any abusive or fraudulent messages received by the member as a result of using the service. The member shall not receive any refund for any time remaining on the membership when it is terminated regardless of who terminates it. Anmol Rishte shall not be liable for any loss or other damage of any sort arising out of use of this service, disruption in, or discontinuation of this service. Anmol Rishte shall not be responsible for the correctness or content of the information posted by its members and shall not be liable for any loss or other damage of any sort arising out of the posting of this information.

You expressly agree that use of the site is at your sole risk. Anmol Rishte.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, profile listing, contact, mail, or statement made.Under no circumstances will Anmol Rishte.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on the the Anmol Rishte.com service, or transmitted to Anmolrishte.com members. Anmol Rishte reserves the rights to refuse, modify or discontinue your membership at any time without further notice or refund. Any dispute must be settled in a US Court in the state of Michigan. These terms, and conditions are not all-inclusive and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Anmol Rishte.

The site contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, including, without limitation, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the contents of the site are copyrighted under the United States copyright laws. No copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express written permission of Anmol Rishte.com and the copyright owner.

You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the site any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark or other proprietary right and the burden of determining that any material is not protected by copyright rests with you. You shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission. You grant Anmol Rishte.com the right to edit, copy, display, add to, publish and distribute any material made available on the site by you.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Anmol Rishte.com, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Anmol Rishte.com services including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.
