	REFRESH PROBLEM FOR PEOPLE WITH LESS THAN INTERNET EXPLORER 6
	Click on Tools, internet options, general, settings. make sure refresh automatically is selected.

	UNFINISHED PROFILE
	It has been noticed that a large number of users do not manage to finish their profile.
	If the above happens enter your username and password that you used at the time of joining, in
	login members and click on login. If you login successfully, the system will automatically take you
	to a stage where you left last time. If the system was unable to do any processing previously, it
	will not allow you to login as a member and you will have to start from join non-members.

	FORGOT PASSWORD
	Click on retrieve password on home page.

	JOIN NON-MEMBERS
	Choose a unique user name and this name should be at least 3 characters long and no more than
	8 characters in length. Password does not have to be unique but should be 5 to 10 characters in
	length. If you make a mistake, just click on back button of your browser and retype or correct the
	mistake and proceed. You will need this username and password to login.

	LOGIN MEMBERS
	Enter your username and password that you used at the time of joining. After you login, you can
	do the following:
	1. View your profile. You can see your hit count i.e., number of times your profile has been viewed.
	2. Edit your personal information. This is confidential.
	3. Edit your profile. Make any changes that you might require to your profile.
	4. Edit desired profile. Make any changes to desired profile.
	5. Delete your profile. If you have found someone or you are no longer interested in finding a match
	you can delete your profile.
	6. See sent and received messages.
	7. Members I like list. See your liked members list.
	8. Manage members I like most. Use this option to add or remove members from members I like list.
	9. Blocked members. See members you have blocked.
	10. Manage block members. If you do not wish to receive messages from a particular member, you can
	use this option to block that member.
	11. Stop communication criteria. If you do not wish to receive messages from members of certain age,
	religion and marital status, you can use this option.
	12. Upload your photo. Members with photos have a much higher response rate. Go ahead upload a
	photo, there is nothing to lose. If you have any problems, send your picture in email or by regular
	mail with your username and password and it will be uploaded.
	13. Remove a photo. If you do not want other members to see it, you can remove it.

	SEARCHES - 3 DIFFERENT WAYS TO SEARCH MEMBERS.
	FIND USER:
	Type a member's user name whose profile you are interested in viewing and click on find member.
	SEARCH PROFILES
	This is a quick search where you can select sex, age, country and religion.
	ADVANCED SEARCH
	This search allows you to narrow your selection.
	All the above three searches limit amount of information available to non-members. If you
	want to be able to have access to more information or you want to contact a member,
	you will need to become a member.

	UPLOADING PHOTOS
	Login with your your username and password and you will be at member's home page. In the upload
	photos section, click on browse and move to a location on your c drive where your photo is located.
	Highlight your picture by clicking on it and click on open then click on upload photo. This will upload
	your photo.
	Any pictures bigger than 64 K will be either deleted or resized.
	Any pictures that are too wide or too long will be either deleted or resized.
